Sah-Weat Pickled Apples

5 Medium Fuji Apples
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of White Sugar
1 Quart of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Quart of Water
1 Teaspoon of whole cloves
1/2 Stick of Cinnamon
Core and thinly slice the apples, but do
not peel them. Set apples aside in
a large container that is sealable.
In a medium saucepan, combine
remaining ingredients. Bring the
liquid to a boil. Once boiling, pour
the liquid over the sliced apples.
Seal the container, and let the
apples sit at room temperature
for twelve hours then refrigerate.
